Rinse 250 g of boiled chickpeas under cold water. Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. 1 clove of garlic and 2 cm of fresh ginger. Squeeze 1 lemon and collect its juice. Put the chives, garlic, ginger, pre-cleaned basil leaves and coriander in a blender (up to ½ clutch for each herb variety: adjust the amounts to your taste), lemon juice, 3 tbsp. in s. tahini (sesame cream), 2 tablespoons. in s. olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix everything and arrange the spices if necessary. Serve with raw vegetable sticks or as a coating on toasted bread.

Salad with strawberries, spinach, basil
For 2 people. Chop të red onion. Wash 250 gr baby spinach and 150 gr strawberries. Peel a squash, grate it and cut it in half. Prepare the vinegrette by mixing 15 ml of olive oil, 15 ml of balsamic vinegar and 15 ml of maple syrup. Place the spinach, strawberries and onions in two shoulder plates. For 4 people. Peel a squash, grate it and chop it 1 kg. Peel an onion and 2 cloves of garlic and finely chop. Zucchini and onions fry in a casserole for 3 minutes. Then add 1 small bunch of basil leaves as well as cloves of garlic. Pour 30 cl of water, close the pan and cook everything under pressure for 15 min, after the valve whistles. Once the preparation is cooked, arrange it with salt and pepper, mix it and serve hot or cold.
