Apple Cake Recipe by Simone Tondo
-150 g sugar
-100 gr of fresh cream
-150 gr flour
-1 vanilla tail
-1 packet of baking powder
-50 g melted butter
-4 red apples
Beat the eggs with the sugar and add the vanilla after you have chopped and scratched the thigh. Stir until the sugar is well incorporated and the mass is well beaten. Add the fresh cream and sifted flour with the baking powder, continuing to mix gently. Melt the butter in a saucepan and once lukewarm add it to the preparation. Put it on a plate to drive you crazy. Cut the apples to your liking either in small pieces to add to the dough or in thin slices about 1 cm thick to place them in a circle on the cake. Finish by sprinkling it with sugar to have a nice caramelized crust. Bake the cake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes. To be accompanied by a cream or beautiful vanilla mascarpone cream.
