For 6 people


For the sauce:
– 1 CASTE sesame oil
– 1 cm of fresh ginger
– 1 clove of garlic
– 70 gr brown sugar
– 8 cl vinegar rice
– 12 cl soy sauce
– 2 CASES with sesame seeds
– 2 CASTE hot sauce
– 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
– 15 cl of meat juice with vegetables
– 20 g of corn starch

For the chicken:
– 500 g chicken coop
– 100 gr of flour
– 2 eggs
– 100 g panko (or bread crumbs)
– Frying oil

To conclude:
– Rice
– 1 bunch of onions
– A small chili with bird eyes


1. Fry the ginger cut into small cubes and the minced garlic in sesame oil. Add the rest of the sauce ingredients, except the cornstarch, then let it simmer.

2. Add the corn starch little by little, mixing it with a whisk and leave the sauce to thicken.

3. Cut the chicken into cubes then roll in flour, beaten eggs and then in panko bread. Boil them in very hot oil for 2 to 3 minutes.

Enjoy Asian-style chicken with rice, sliced ​​onions and a little bird-eye chili, cut into small pieces.
