Asian Marinated Chicken Recipe
- 30 g of fresh ginger
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/2 lemon
- 25 g of honey
- 10 g nuoc mam
- 30 g of rice vinegar
- 300 gr chicken fillet
- 1 chili pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 300 gr green beans already cooked
- 2 tablespoons. teaspoon sesame seeds
Peel a squash, grate it and chop it finely. Pour everything into a bowl, then squeeze the juice of half a lemon and add the honey, nuoc mam and rice vinegar. Pepper and mix well.
Cut the chicken fillets into pieces and marinate them in the previous preparation for at least 15 minutes in the fridge.
Meanwhile peel and chop the hot pepper and pepper into thin strips.
In a lightly greased pan, sauté the peppers and pepper strips with the beans for about 5 minutes, stirring regularly.
