Baked chicken recipe with parsley
- 1 chicken with free food
- 1 bunch of parsley with flat leaves
- 30 g of soft butter
- 150 g garlic and herb cheese
- 1 C. olive oil
- 1 cube chicken broth
- 30 cl of water
Wash and grate the parsley and mix with the soft butter. Salt and pepper.
Gently peel the chicken skin starting from the neck and spread the parsley butter all over the skin without tearing it. Pour the garlic and herb cheese into the loose chicken and then grease the entire surface.
