For 6 people
: 1 nice free-range chicken, salt, pepper, milk, flour, baking powder, frying oil, sweet or smoked paprika.


Cut the chicken into medium pieces and remove the skin from the pieces. Keep the lifeless body in the refrigerator for soup.

Put the chicken pieces in a bag, salt and pepper, mix well and cover with milk. Let marinate for 2 to 3 hours in the refrigerator. Then remove the milk. Wipe the chicken approx.

Mix 2 or 3 tablespoons of flour with ½ teaspoon of baking powder, add some paprika and roll the chicken pieces in it.

Heat the frying pan with oil for frying and fry the chicken pieces for 5 to 8 minutes and in several batches depending on their size. We put them on kitchen paper to drain well.


Serve the fried chicken with raw vegetables, lemon slices and fried onions in rings.
