Ingredients:

– 4 eggs
– 110 g of brown sugar
– 120 g of almond powder
– 30 g of wheat flour or spell
– 20 cl of full liquid cream
– 10 cl of milk
– 2 CASTES with pistachio paste
– 3 Caskets with peeled pistachios
– 1 CASTE powdered sugar

Preparation:
