Chocolate coffee cake recipe
- 100 g dark dessert chocolate
- 100 g butter
- 170 gr flour
- 1 packet of dry yeast
- 120 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons. coffee extract juice
- 50 g pieces of chocolate
Melt the chocolate and butter in a bain-marie.
Mix the flour, baking powder and sugar and then make a well in the center. Add the eggs, liquid coffee extract and melted chocolate then mix well.
