Tiramisu style pancake cake recipe


  • 350 g flour
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 30 g butter
  • 750 ml of milk
  • 1 C. amaretto
  • 500 gr mascarpone
  • 4 eggs
  • 125 g sugar
  • 2 bags of vanilla
  • 100 g cocoa powder



Make the pancake batter: mix the flour, 100 g sugar, 3 eggs, melted butter and Amaretton together. Gradually add the milk while mixing to get a smooth and homogeneous paste. Let stand for two hours at room temperature.


Cook the pancakes in a pan coated with butter.


Beat the mascarpone with two egg yolks, 125 gr sugar and vanilla sugar. Beat the egg whites and gently add to the mixture.


Proceed with the assembly: in a spring pan, place a first pancake and lay a thin layer of the previous preparation. Sprinkle with a little cocoa powder. Repeat the action with the rest of the pancakes, spreading the cream well so that it has uniform layers.


Finish with a layer of cream and sprinkle with cocoa. Leave in the fridge for at least 5 hours.
