Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Beat eggs with vergeoise (blanch). Add melted butter, milk and beer. Mix and add the flour to the rain and the baking powder. Stir vigorously, raising the dough until a thick, homogeneous paste is obtained. We throw it in a mold coated with butter and flour with a diameter of 24 cm.

Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. We place them on the surface of the dough. Bake for 25 minutes.

In a saucepan heat 80 gr butter on low heat with 100 gr vergeoise.

Paint the fire, mix the egg with a whip. Pour the preparation on the surface of the cake and bake for about 15 minutes.
