Recipe for chicken pieces stuffed with fresh goat cheese and olives wrapped in raw bacon by Laurent Mariotte:


  • Chicken breast
  • Fresh goat
  • Green olives without grains
  • ham
  • Tarragon
  • Piper Espelette

Crush the olives and mix with the fresh crushed goat cheese
Add minced tarragon and Espelette pepper
Cut your escalopes in the wallet
Fill your kittens with stuffing
Wrap your kittens with raw bacon
Pour a little olive oil into a baking dish
Place the potatoes in the pan and bake for 20 minutes
Sprinkle with Espelette pepper
