The wonderful Moroccan cuisine gives place to the pride of sweetness and deliciousness: lamb tajine with prunes, chicken with onions and raisins, chicken pastilles, almonds and cinnamon … The following chicken recipe, inspired (very loosely) with Moroccan flavors, it is very easy to make, you will see. To get a perfect result, however, you need to take the time to marinate the chicken in oil, honey, vinegar and white wine for an hour. Then, after 40 minutes of cooking, you are in for a treat! A tip: buy your dates preferably at the branch and check that they are not too dry, while avoiding those that are too bright, they may be stained with syrup.

Ingredients for 5 to 6 people
• 3 well-brought chicken thighs cut in half
• 4 cloves of garlic
• 100 g of mixed olives

• 1 branch of rosemary

Arrange the chicken pieces in an ovenproof dish, toss in the vinegar, oil, honey and white wine.
Add rosemary, bay leaf, garlic, olives, dates, sweetened lemon, capers, salt and pepper.
Leave to marinate in the fridge for 1 hour or overnight, then bake in a hot oven at 180 ° C.
Cook for 50 minutes, stirring once or twice.
Serve the hot dish with, why not, small potatoes.
