Servings: 4 – Preparation and marinade: 12 to 24 hours – Cooking: approximately 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 250 ml (1 cup) Oikos Greek simple yogurt 0%
  • 90 ml (6 tablespoons) olive oil
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) dried oregano
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) sweet paprika
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) honey
  • 1 lemon, juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, grated
  • 4 to 6 thighs, removed from the bones and cut into 2 parts
  • 500 ml (2 cups) corn starch
  • Question: cooking oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 pinch or more cayenne pepper

Preparation

Step 1

In a bowl, combine plain Greek Oikos yogurt, olive oil, oregano, paprika, honey, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper. Check the spices.

Step 3

Remove the meat from the mixture and roll in the starch.

In a pan, in 2 ” hot oil, fry the chicken pieces for 3 to 4 minutes on each side, until the chicken is crispy and fully cooked inside (inside 74 ° C).

Step 5

Remove and place the pieces on absorbent paper. Arrange them with a little salt.

Step 6

For dipping, in a bowl combine yogurt, lemon peel, mint, cayenne pepper, honey, salt and pepper. Check the spices.
