- 250 ml (1 cup) Oikos Greek simple yogurt 0%
- 90 ml (6 tablespoons) olive oil
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) dried oregano
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) sweet paprika
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) honey
- 1 lemon, juice
- 2 cloves garlic, grated
- 4 to 6 thighs, removed from the bones and cut into 2 parts
- 500 ml (2 cups) corn starch
- Question: cooking oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl, combine plain Greek Oikos yogurt, olive oil, oregano, paprika, honey, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper. Check the spices.

Add the thigh pieces, mix, cover and leave to marinate in the fridge for 12 to 24 hours.
Step 3
Remove the meat from the mixture and roll in the starch.
Step 4
In a pan, in 2 ” hot oil, fry the chicken pieces for 3 to 4 minutes on each side, until the chicken is crispy and fully cooked inside (inside 74 ° C).
Step 5
Remove and place the pieces on absorbent paper. Arrange them with a little salt.
Step 6
For dipping, in a bowl combine yogurt, lemon peel, mint, cayenne pepper, honey, salt and pepper. Check the spices.
