Buttermilk and spinach are ingredients that would be wrong to deprive yourself of in winter. The first, with very few carbohydrates and few calories (30 kcal per 100 g on average), are packed with vitamins and minerals. The latter, equally low in calories, have antioxidant properties (provided they are consumed regularly). And then, in terms of taste, the combination of these two products with chicken and cream is a real pleasure… which can be prepared in about twenty minutes.

Ingredients for 4 people
Heat a large skillet, pour in the oil and simmer all the chicken fillets for 5 minutes on each side, salt and pepper. Then cut them into strips, the meat will remain softer. Book on a plate.
Cut the mushrooms into slices and fry for 5 minutes in the same pan, adding a little oil if necessary. Salt, pepper, set aside.
Wash and drain the spinach and then cut into strips.
Chop the garlic and parsley and pour them into the pan with butter, let them melt then sprinkle with flour, pour the hot liquid by mixing, cream, parmesan (keep a little for the end), salt and pepper. Add the spinach, let it thaw for 1 minute, stir then add the chicken and mushrooms.
Taste, add salt and pepper as needed and serve hot with parmesan and minced parsley.
