Plum cake recipe
- 100 g of oat flour
- 500 gr plums
- 50 g butter
- 40 gr vanilla sugar
- 2 eggs
- 30 cl of milk
- 1 packet of baking powder
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Mix together the sugar and melted butter. Add the eggs and continue to mix.
Gradually add the flour, then the baking powder. Gradually add the milk while mixing.
Grind the plums with stones and chop them. Add to dough.
Pour the mixture into a buttered mold.
Bake for 55 minutes.
