  • 1 pastry with short crusts
  • 3 eggs
  • 300 ml fresh liquid cream
  • 400 gr of crab meat
  • 1 C. tablespoons herb of your choice (onion, dill, coriander, etc.)
  • salt and pepper



Peel a squash, grate it and put it in a pie pan. Pierce the bottom with a fork.


Beat the eggs in an omelet and pour the liquid cream. Add the minced crab meat, minced herbs, salt and pepper and then mix well.


Pour this mixture over the noodles with short crusts and bake for about 40 minutes at 180 ° C. Crab crab should be golden brown.
