Apricot crumble recipe
- 12 apricots
- 3 tablespoons. honey
- 3 tablespoons. lemon juice
- 30 g butter
- 150 gr flour
- 150 g sugar
- 120 g soft butter
- rosemary (optional)
Wash and then cut the apricots in half. Remove the holes and place in a baking dish. Sprinkle with honey and lemon juice and then sprinkle with a few pieces of butter cut into cubes (30 g).
