- 250 gr softened butter + a little for mold
- 160 gr flour + a little per mold
- 250 g chocolate
- 250 g eggs (5 pieces)
- 150 gr powdered sugar
- A mold
- A whip
- Two cups of salad
First, start by heating the oven to 180 (th.6)
Coat the mold with butter and flour to facilitate melting.
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or just in the microwave.
Add the butter to the chocolate and mix with the whip to get a homogeneous paste.
In a second bowl beat the eggs and add the sugar.
Then mix the two devices. Gradually add the flour and mix well to remove the grains.
Pour the chocolate dough into the mold and bake for 30 minutes for a cake or 10 to 15 minutes if you divide the mass into small molds.
