Simple Cake and Apricot Cake Recipe
- 1 pot of plain yogurt
- 3 jars of flour
- 1 jar of sugar
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar
- 1 packet of dry yeast
- 3 eggs
- 50 g butter
- 6 fresh apricots
Mix yogurt, flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder, eggs and melted butter until you get a smooth, lump-free paste.
Put everything in a mold coated with butter and flour or lined with parchment paper.
Cut the apricots in half, remove the holes and push lightly into the mold. Spread them everywhere.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 180 ° C. Check cooking with the knife blade, it should come out dry.
