125 g plain yogurt (1 pot of yogurt)
250 gr powdered sugar (2 pots of yogurt)
375 gr flour (3 pots of yogurt)
8 gr baking powder
2 tablespoons. rapeseed oil
10 g butter

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. In a ramekin, break the first egg. Pour into a salad bowl.
Add one pot of natural yogurt, two pots of sugar. Mix well using a whip.
Then in the mass alternately throw 3 pots of flour and 3 eggs. At each stage, stir quickly to avoid lumps.
Finally add the yeast and 2 teaspoons of rapeseed oil.
Pour the yoghurt cake preparation into a Silpat® mold (in this case there is no need to lay the mold). If you do not have a Silpat® mold, you can choose a metal mold, which will then need to be greased with butter and floured.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Do not hesitate to check the cooking with the knife blade. If some of the mixture remains stuck to the blade, then it will be necessary to continue cooking a little.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
